PLM Impianti has designed the TRAXELL robotized handling systems able to make the pallets to be delivered automatically. They can be connected to the production line or work independently out of line. The TRAXELL systems are available in different models depending on the goods to be handled and on the position number.

The DYNAPAK packing machines are designed according to two main principles: modularity and flexibility. The machines can work with two polyethylene rolls at the same time in order to optimise the package by using only the necessary quantity of polyethylene without producing any waste. Through a specific patented system it is possible to change the two polyethylene working widths automatically. The machines are equipped with two or four storage positions suitable for polyethylene rolls of the same or different width.

This machine is equipped with a trimming and slitting device and systems that allow high flexibility in adjusting the tension applied to the fabric. It has an axial winding with automatic discharge of the rolls to be packed. This machine is particularly suitable for the inspection, cutting and trimming of technical items, laminated or coupled fabrics.

The ROTRON MHK inspection, cutting and trimming machines are equipped with a cutting and trimming device and systems that allow high flexibility in adjusting the tension applied to the fabric, in
order to obtain a constant process controlled by load cells. The ROTRON MHK10 machine is particularly suitable for the inspection, cutting and trimming of technical items, laminated or coupled fabrics.
