The item “4585” is a carbon-aramid fabric aluminized with our Reflespace ® process. It has been especially designed for protective PPE, for people working in harsh conditions. Indeed, it has the highest protection against accidental molten metal splashes (certified D3 E3 according to the ISO 11612), as well as radiant heat. It has an outstanding mechanical resistance and a great wearer comfort.

Last year, OTEGO launched the FIRESHIELD: a four-layer complex unique on the market, for fire entry and proximity suits. Our aramid material is laminated with aluminium to provide a highly reflective surface that shields firefighters from deadly radiant heat (C4 level – ISO 11612) but also against extreme heat and intensive use. It is also the lightest solution on the market with a weight under 1000 g/m²! This allows firefighters to gain in mobility and reduce the risks of heat exhaustion.

Flexitop is a silicone coated polyester fabric designed for temperature preservation and anti-stick applications such as asphalt dump trucks, compactor skirtings, spillage trays etc

This super lightweight fabric is combining a great chemical resistance (to aggressive chemicals such as diesel oil, sulphuric acid and ammonia) together with suppleness, temperature resistance (-70°C to +200°C) and a very good mechanical resistance.

The item “5471” is an aramid base cloth coated with PU and is used as a flexible bellow cover for laser machines.

This fabric is resisting to cutting oils, chemicals, hot particles and sparks and has a heat resistance of +150°C. Furthermore, it is flame proof according to the UL 94, has a great folding memory, as well as a long-life expectancy.
