We are a Chemical bond, Thermalbond and Spunbond/Meltblown (SMS) nonwoven manufacturer from Istanbul. Our factories are located around 1.5hr drive from Istanbul in Europe part. We produce several types of nonwovens, PE film and laminated fabrics. We also have production of disposable medical products such as surgical sets, surgeon and patience gows, isolation coveralls etc.

 Our machinery line is as below:

 1) 4.2mtr wide chemical bonded nonwoven line with cross lapper. Brand: Dilo/Germany

2) 3.1mtr wide chemical bonded nonwoven straight line. Brand: Dilo/Germany

3) 4.2mtr wide thermal bonded nonwoven line with cross lapper. Brand: Dilo/Germany-Comerio/Italy

4) 3.2 mtr wide PP SMMS line – Enka hybrid

We have 2 lines of PE (Polyethylene) film:

• 240cm wide cast embossed – Non breathable with online coating
• 160cm wide breathable cast

 We also have 2 sets of slot die hot melt lamination machines, both widths are 240cm and 220cm and also total 20m3 EO sterilization units.
