Circuitex® Conductive Technology

Description

Circuitex® Conductive Technology consistently detects, transmits and protects electronic signals in a soft and flexible format.

Circuitex is made by permanently bonding pure silver - nature’s most conductive element - to the surface of a textile fiber or fabric. The bond creates a continuous layer of silver, yet retains the flexibility, comfort and durability of the textile material.

Products using Circuitex can provide myriad data streams (ECG, EMG, strain, pressure mapping), as well as allowing for active power delivery (lighting, electro-muscle stimulation, basic power).

Circuitex® Conductive Technology Delivery Systems

  1. Fabrics - Circuitex Fabrics are available in a range of conductive and construction options. Noble's state of the art equipment and quality program provides the most uniform coating in the industry. Each fiber is encapsulated with a layer of pure silver for consistent and optically superior final fabric. Circuitex fabrics can be customized to customer specifications.
  2. Filament - Circuitex Filament yarns are continuous filaments. They can be monofilament or multifilament. Noble offers a wide range of deniers to meet customer needs (pre-metalized deniers).
  3. Staple & Chopped Fiber - Circuitex Staple can be blended with natural and man-made fibers such as cotton, wool, acrylic, etc. Spun yarn can be engineered to provide optimum benefit based on the application, which includes anti-static, EMI & RFI shielding. Noble can customize and combine Circuitex with natural and man-made fibers to meet customer specifications.
