This Mesh is weaved with fine Quality yarns and rovings.

One of our most demanded products, Leno weaved, and Open Fibre Glass structure provides strength and stability.
This our commodity Fabric is industrialized for Construction Insulations.
We have been exempted from circumvention of antidumping duty charges extended to India by European Commission; currently we are the only FG Mesh manufacturers exempted from these duties.

Application Area:

  • Our Mesh is coated with Alkali Resistance coating to be used in External thermal insulation system with Mortars and plasters.
  • Similar FG Mesh can be used on roof structure to provide water proofing.
  • Alkali resistance mesh is used in walls and in floor construction to provide crack insulation.
  • This AR coated mesh when cut in small widths, it is used as corner mesh with Aluminium profiles to strengthen the constructed structure.
  • The base loom state FG mesh when given a special chemical treatment can be used for Marble Reinforcement.
  • Same Mesh with coated with Different Binder can be used for carpet backing.

Application Area:

  • Durability, consistency and functionality of electric machines are fundamentally impacted by the quality of their insulation system. This Fabric is used for MICA insulations for motors and generators.
  • Mica paper laminates prepared up using fabric are used as Commutator segment plates.
  • Mica insulating Tapes with reach resin are used to repair high voltage motors and generators provides Reliable conductor insulation or insulation of high voltage coils.
  • A perfectly coordinated insulation system forms the foundation to withstand maximum stress for rotating electrical machines in the high voltage range, mica tapes provides insulation for it.

This Fabric is woven with Fine Quality E-glass yarn; made with plain weave and coated with Black coloured emulsion for weave locking.

The fabric is strong, durable and dimensionally stable.

Application Area:

  • Widely this fabric has two major applications
  • In HVAC Industry, Black fabric used with Glass mineral wool and layer of Aluminized Fibre glass fabric as a liner in HVAC ducts, ventilation system to provide thermal & acoustic insulation.
  • In Construction Industry, Black fabric glued to glass wool using thermosetting resin is used in false ceiling applications in airports, hospitals, entertainment malls and commercial complexes.

Black Fabric and glass wool system reduces sound potential of 40 to 80 Decibels.

Navy Fabric

This Fabric is weaved with Fine Quality E-glass yarn.

One of our highest grammage fabrics weaved with 4 Harness Satin technic to achieve the classic glossy finishing on the surface. Higher grammage increases strength of fabric.

This is our speciality Fabric industrialized for higher Thermal Insulation.

Application Area:

  • Basic Loom state fabric is used for thermal insulation in Various Industries.
  • This fabric is used as base fabric for silicone rubber coating, Calcium Silicate (Silica Wash) to provide weather, ageing resistance & abrasion resistance to be used as Industrial Curtains, Fire Blankets, and Compensator Assembly.Combined with the silicone coating it provides temperature resistance up to 7500C.
  • Similarly, it also contributes to electrical insulation and anti-corrosive property when coated with Silicone.
  • With Silicone Rubber Fire Resistance coating it provides Flame proof covering.
  • Navy fabric when coated in Polyurethane, it gives excellent water repellence.
  • When this fabric is coated with Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) ester emulsion, coating increases its thermal insulation properties.
