Vapour barriers roof underlays
MDM NT offers breathable and vapour barriers roof underlays. We offer multi-layer underlays made of highly selected raw materials.
Underlays are available in gramatures 95g-230g; it’s quality is confirmed by certificates such as German ZVDH, British BBA, French CSTB.
Vapor permeable monolithic TPU film - DAXALL
DAXALL® TPU film is produced in the blow molding process and consists of 5 layers, each of which can have different properties and perform other functions. Our company has the technology and know-how to create unique recipes and functionality that makes it possible to produce films with features that meet the expectations of our customers. DAXALL® TPU film is widely used in such industries as:
- construction (including roof membranes mdm® Ventia Neo, mdm® Ventia Magnum, mdm® Ventia Code),
- logistics and transport,
- automotive and aviation industry,
- sport clothing and garment industry (accessories and sportswear, outdoor clothes)
- packaging,
- medical applications,
- hospitality industry.
The TPU film breathes thanks to presence of Soft polymer blocks which are responsible for the transmission of water vapor molecules. Hard polymer blocks are responsible for above-average mechanical properties.
The monolithic TPU film is:
- Resistant to very high temperatures and UV radiation,
- Flexible,
- Resistant to many aggressive substances,
- Hermetic for air and many other gases (eg. helium that fills balloons),
- Simultaneously watertight and vaporpermeable (allows the penetration of water vapor)
- Extremely durable (it shows high abrasion resistance, among other features).
Mikroporous film
MDM NT offers polypropylene functional, diffusion open, microporous films, -that can be used in building industry, as well as in other technical laminates designed for construction, automotive, clothing & care products.
