Established in 2010, Maliplast has been at the forefront of pioneering hotmelt lamination films, hotmelt lamination webs, and plastic membrane films in Turkey. Initially founded to fulfill Arteks Tekstil’s hotmelt lamination film requirements, Maliplast has ascended to an industry leadership position, now producing over 100 million square meters of high-quality hotmelt lamination films and webs annually.
From its modest inception within a 600 m² facility in İkitelli in 2010, Maliplast has expanded operations to encompass two cutting-edge factories in Çerkezköy, boasting a combined area of 7,500 m² (with facilities of 4,000 m² and 3,500 m² respectively). Our Çerkezköy site hosts blown extrusion film production lines, flat die extrusion coating lines, and hotmelt web production lines operational since 2010, significantly bolstering our production capabilities.
In our relentless pursuit of innovation, we recently introduced a hotmelt web production line capable of handling high-viscosity materials for hotmelt adhesive surface manufacturing. This initiative not only diversified our product portfolio but also empowered us to explore new horizons in our field.
Maliplast takes pride in its ability to produce films ranging from 50 cm to 320 cm in width, with a minimum thickness of 6 microns. Furthermore, our expertise allows us to manufacture multi-layer films with a maximum thickness of 120 microns, meeting a wide array of industry demands.
