Low melting bonding yarn

KFS-LOWMEL is a new patented bicomponent technology that is spun into a special low melting temperature polymer. During processing, a heat treatment can easily cause thermal bonding between filaments. and coating and bonding effects can be had without any special post processing. It can be used for store curtains, clothing and interior uses where a stable form is required. It has a similiar loss in quantity speed as normal polyester yarn and during the post processing, controlling the degree of thermal bonding is easy.

KFS-Flare yarn is flame retardant filament yarn, produced in FDY, POY, DTY and Mono filaments. High performance flame retardant material using which has high test results and non-toxic phosphorus flame retardants.

Excellent flame retardant effect, low smoek, no poison and permanent flame retardant prrformance. Prevention of fire spreading by self-extinguishing feature.

Permanent flame retardant material whose property doesn't change over time nor decline with frequent washing.

Flare FR textiles are environmentally friendly. Which cannot be said of fabrics in which spesific functions are achived by applying a chemical coating. when washed, fabrics do not release any finish that can harm the environment.

KFS-Colorido solution dyed yarns in semi dull, bright and full dull. Solution dyed yarn is an energy and chemical saving, environmental friendly coloring method. Colorido yarns are created by adding masterbatch colorant to the polymer melt in spinning for coloring. It substituted the most polluting process of kettle dyeing.

Environmental friendly dyeing which has no water consumption and no industrial water waste with toxic chemical for dyeing.

Solution dyed KFS Colorido yarns has excellent colorfastness, resistant to multiple washing and great achiving bright colors.

Color uniformity is higher than traditional piece dyed for all aplications. Solution dyed yarns are fully uniform in color and typically do not vary from lot to lot
