Hoftex Group AG is a combination of numerous small to medium-sized businesses under management of a holding. The enterprise has a long tradition, the “Neue Baumwoll-Spinnerei Hof” was founded in 1869.
The group concentrates on the strategic business fields of yarns, fabrics, home deco and non wovens. The subsidiaries operating in those fields belong today to the leading enterprises within Germany and Europe.

As a fully integrated company, NEUTEX has the complete production chain from the raw yarn all the way to the finished product in its own hand. With the most modern equipment we produce more than 4.5 million square meters of decorative fabrics in our facility located in Muenchberg, Germany.
Our own sewing facility in Romania produces more than 1 million ready-made items.
