HISTORY

Founded in 1966 in Saint-Etienne FRANCE, HERAUD RUBANS company is specialized in weaving ribbons. Halfway between tradition and modernity, this family-owned structure has been able to adapt to market development to offer a wide range of tapes and articles for curtains with innovative textile and decorative accessories. Satin, velvet, stretch velvet and gros grain ribbons complete our collection.

KNOW HOW

• Weaving on request of technical articles as standard or specific production.
• In-house dyeing facilities for any special colours based on pantone numbers of fabric samples. Polyester and polyamide qualities.
• Ultra sonic & laser cutting methods: straight, bias, holed, with adjustable lengths, for pre-cut tab-tops, curtain ties, satin coupons, pre-holed ribbons.
• Application of an adhesive agent :  on various sorts of tapes. Possibility of choosing a specific agent depending on the end use.
• Printing on request of your logo or any other visual on our ribbons.
• Customization upon request.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our ribbons are particularly used for packaging and decoration (perfumery, chocolate shops, confectionery, jewellery), lingerie and clothing :

• Satin ribbons: declined in 9 widths and numerous colours. On request, we can also dye to match your own shades.
• Velvet ribbons: declined in 7 widths for 45 standard colours.
• Gros grain: declined in  9 widths and 40 colours.
• Various ribbons such as: Lurex satin, transparent tape, Cotton touch ribbon,
• Recycled polyester ribbons : our satin - gros grain and polymat ribbons are certified GRS
• 100% Polyester Straps : declined in 3 widths for 20 colours

We also offer a range of  curtain heading tapes including more than 100 references available in different wides and colours :

• Pleating and gathering tapes available in several widths, with different pleat spacing and a variable number of pockets for gathered pleated, universal, double or triple, honeycomb, Flemish folds.
• Roman blind tapes for interior decoration.
• Eyelets bands and Loops tapes ready to sew
