GALAN is a company fully specialized in the design and manufacture of spinning, twisting and winding machinery for all types of natural and synthetic fibers.
Since 1940, we had grown within and outside our borders thanks to our basic principles: Enthusiasm, experience, innovation and technology.
Our equipment’s are intended for medium to heavy yarn counts used in rope and twine manufacturing for agricultural, industrial, sports (climbing and nautical), as well as fishing nets, artificial grass, carpets and rugs, fire hoses, sewing threads, geotextiles, transportation bands and many other applications.

PRECISION WINDER

Suitable for the winding of all kind of fibres in a large count range.
Versatility to produce both cylindrical or conical bobbins.

KISS-ROLL DEVICE
DEVICE SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR OVERLAY FINISH APPLICATION INTO YARNS. IT ALLOWS OPERATING IN A CONTINUOUS IN-LINE PROCESS WITH A TWISTING OR WINDING MACHINE.
MAIN ADVANTAGES
It protects the yarn throughout the production process to avoid fibre damage.
Suitable for water-based chemical solutions.
Manufactured in steel protected by a two-component coating and stainless-steel resistant to corrosive chemical products.
Level control and overflow valve to regulate the amount of solution into the bath.
Removable bath for easy and quick cleaning.
Mechanically adjustable potentiometer for roller speed regulation.
OPTIONS
Available in two models: KR750 and KR1500, with rollers of 750 and 1,500mm respectively.
