Our Products

Faitgreen, eco-sustainable technical films and membranes
Faitgreen is the new transversal concept of sustainability of Fait Plast
We have developed different product with renewable, compostable or recycled raw material
FAITERM
Faiterm thermoadhesive films enable an excellent bonding between different materials. The bonding process based only on temperature, pressure and time reduces the impact on environment as it is solvent-free and does not cause any fumes. There are solutions based on TPU (ester or ether based), CoPES and CoPA, with different melting temperatures.Faitgreen thermoadhesives are made of materials from renewable sources. BCC* is from 20% to 60%
(ASTM D6866).
FAITGOM
Faitgom is a family of thermoplastic barrier films (TPU) that offers a wide range of solutions to optimize the production process and the product performance for our customers.
Faitgom films can be laminated on other materials or welded onto themselves, thermoformed and back-foamed. Faitgreen barriers are made of materials from renewable (with BCC* >40% according to ASTM D6866) or compostable sources (according to EN 13432:2002). There
are solution based upon TPU (ester) and CoPES.
FAITEX
Faitex is a family of hydrophilic membranes, acting after lamination onto various textiles, as a barrier against wind and rain. Besides the barrier function the Faitex membranes are capable to absorb and transport the human sweat (moisture) from the inside to the outside of the garment, thanks to their hydrophilic nature. This results in the so-called breathability of the Faitex membranes that provides additional comfort to the garment. Faitgreen membranes are made of
materials from renewable (with BCC* from 18 to 50% according to ASTM D6866) or compostable sources (according to EN 13432:2002). There are solution based upon TPU
(ether) and CoPES.

Easy system, decorative films
Thanks to a special technology entirely developed by Fait Plast we have an alternative production process which enables to increase the aesthetic and technical properties of films produced by extrusion or by calender.
Easy System film range occupied niches in the market from the decorative effect to the most technical application in the industrial branch.
Main usage:
- Tanning: multilayer films for leather lamination to get the requested decorative effect (varnish, cracklé, etc.)
- Fabrics: lamination of textiles to have the desired technical and haptic effects.
- Printing: multilayer film with surface for digital or screen print, silk-screen printing, etc.
- Decoration: films with color, tactile and aesthetic function to cover rough surfaces
- Industrial branch: boating, replacement of rubberized fabrics…

Breathable membranes
Faitex, breathable membranes
Membranes are very thin film (from 8 µm on) with excellent hydrophilic properties (vapor permeability only) and with excellent water and wind barrier at the same time.
Faitex membranes have following properties:
Breathability: the hydrophilic component of Fait Plast membranes permits only the passage of the perspiration or water from the inner side to the outer side of the membrane, but does not permit the passage of the water or perspiration drop creating a feeling of dryness and comfort.
Waterproofness: the membrane withstands water entries also during severe weather condition and guarantees a total protection from the atmospheric agents.
Wind Barrier: Faitplast membranes add to the textiles a strong wind barrier also in harsh conditions the result is a comfortable microclimate inside the garment keeping a high breathability level.
Washing resistance: the Faitex membranes maintain unaltered their properties even after many washings and dry-cleanings ensuring a long-lasting useful life of the product
Main usage:
- Leisure and sportswear: jackets, raincoats, hats, windbreakers, gloves and shoes
- Tender: military uniforms, police, workwear garments
- Medical applications: medical gowns, plasters, medical drapes and medical garment
- Safety wear: jackets, windbreakers, gloves and shoes

Faiterm, thermo-adhesive films
Faiterm is a wide family of mono or multilayer thermo-adhesive films (glues) that can have different chemical formulations that allow a good bonding between similar and different materials.
The application of FAITERM films is a simple combination between only 3 basic elements: temperature, pression and time.
The right balance between the parameters allows to get the right adhesion with a low or no environmental impact.
FAITERM films are produced thanks to a thermoplastic process that needs no solvents or water. The Faiterm films are in solid and dry form, during the application they need no evaporation or abatement process at the final user.
Main usage:
- Automotive: door panels, parcel shelves, car mats, seats, insulating parts, heavy masses, components for car interior and hoods, etc.
- Shoe industry: sport, trekking and classic shoes, boots.
- Fashion industry: decorations for leather and textile bags, suitcases, light dresses, bras, labels and decorations.
- Furniture: laminates, parquet floors, office furniture, wallpapers.
- Child-welfare: high chairs and playpens.
- Military: bulletproof vests, bulletproof panels, reinforcements.
- Other applications: composites, aluminum, glass, wood, foams, decorative laminates, sponges.

Faitgom, polyurethane films
Faitgom is a family of polyurethane thermoplastic (TPU) films that combines the advantages of plastic materials and the best characteristics of vulcanized rubber. They were engineered to meet the needs of the most demanding markets. The long experience in engineering and producing films allows Faitplast to introduce a wide range of products to improve both the producing process and the performance of the products of our customers. The polymeric base of Faitgom films is divided in polyester (with high abrasion and hydrocarbons resistance), polyether (with high hydrolysis and bacteria resistance, and excellent flexibility), aliphatic (excellent UV resistance). Special Faitgom types can mix the main characteristics of polyester and polyether. Faitgom films can be easily applied using the already existing technologies of our customers, such as: flame, calender, hot-melt and solvent lamination. Faitgom films can be welded to other materials, thermoformed, back-foamed in dies and are weldable to themselves. The easy application makes it possible to further process after the first application thanks to the thermoplastic nature of the polymer.
Main usage:
- Lamination on foams and fabrics: textiles for automotive, seats, door panels, parcel shelves, armrests,
- headrests, acoustics insulation, lumbar supports, etc.
- Textile lamination: garments, bag upholstery, shoes, outdoor camping, inflatables, conveyor belts and technical
- field.
- Healthcare and hygienic applications: incision drapes, plasters, anti-decubitus mattresses, coating for breast
- implants, mattress covers, blood bags and medical valves.
- Labels and thermo-welding signs
- Shoes: sole covering
