3DEA® spacer fabrics consist of two outer layers and are helt at a precisely defined distance from each other by pressure-resistant pile yarns. The extraordinary properties of this 3D-textile enable optimum functionality for every application in a wide range of industries.

Due to state-of-the-art knitting technology, Essedea can optimally adapt the top and bottom sides of the spacer textile and the spacer thread independently of each other to suit each customer´s needs perfectly. This enables different surface constructions, heights of 10-55mm and different degrees of hardness of the 3DEA® spacer.

3DEA®spacer fabrics compy with product-specific European requirements and are CE-marked. Furthermore, 3DEA® meets the REACH regulations and is certified according to STANDRAD 100 by Oeko-Tex®. Essedea is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
