TexDrive is an ERP system designed exclusively for the textile industry, characterized by its outstanding connectivity capability in industrial environments.
It integrates all the essential functions of a standard ERP, including the generation and management of administrative documents, labels, listings, and more, thus providing a comprehensive solution for the particular needs of the textile industry.
What distinguishes TexDrive is its exceptional connection capability with the machinery park through HMI systems like Atlantis, allowing a comprehensive view of operations through TexMonitor. This software empowers total management of the manufacturing process, from the receipt of raw materials to the dispatch of final products, granting control over costs and prioritizing production planning in great detail.

TecnoDos
TecnoDos offers an efficient solution for dosing chemical and liquid auxiliary products. Its versatile design adapts to specific needs, using a lobular pump and interconnected valves. Flexibility is reflected in adjusting the number of valves according to the number of products to be dosed. The pump ensures a constant flow through a single-tube line.
The 'Atlantis' controller facilitates the management and control of dosing, allowing for easy parameter configuration. Additionally, integration with the EAS InfoTint system simplifies communication between machine programs, batches, and formulas, enabling automatic product delivery. This solution guarantees a smooth and effective operation in the production process."

Atlantis PCT310
The Atlantis PCT-310 controller is one of the most advanced controllers available in industrial environments on the market today, incorporating Windows 10 IoT to enhance productivity and ensure compatibility and security. It includes Ethernet and WiFi ports for easy connection to networks, facilitating reliable remote monitoring and control. Its 64 GB SSD hard drive ensures fast access to critical data, improving loading times. With 4 GB of RAM, it offers smooth performance in the most demanding industrial environments, allowing for the execution of multiple tasks and applications without compromising speed. Atlantis incorporates a UPS system to ensure uninterrupted operations during power outages. Our range of controllers allows adjusting the size of the 16:9 widescreen HD display with customized synoptics according to needs. This combination of technologies guarantees a seamless experience tailored to each requirement, reinforcing efficiency and flexibility in any operating environment.

TecnoMix
TecnoMix is a color kitchen for dispensing dyes to industrial dyeing machines such as jets, jiggers, and autoclaves. EAS's color kitchen is configurable and consists of 316L stainless steel tanks with a mirror-like interior finish for quick washing. TexPes optimizes recipe preparation in the dye warehouse, being an efficient solution that avoids waste in the dyeing process. The use of water-soluble bags facilitates weighing and introduction of dyes into TecnoMix without generating residues.
Each tank has an automatic opening lid, a powerful stirrer for precise mixing, and a pressure sensor to control the amount of water. TecnoMix confirms work orders through barcode, allowing direct scanning of printed orders. After dissolution, it sends the preparation to the dyeing machine through a single-tube system and performs a wash before the next preparation.

InfoTint
InfoTint is the leading MES software in the textile industry, designed to improve the efficient management of dyeing plants. In the factory environment, InfoTint connects directly with important devices such as machine controllers and dosing systems. This connection ensures detailed control of dye batch parameters, guaranteeing a precise and efficient production process.
From an administrative perspective, InfoTint collects comprehensive information from the ERP system, including detailed batch records and customer data. It also automatically sends essential production data, costs, and alerts directly to the ERP system. Thanks to this solution, more effective and coordinated management is achieved, benefiting both production and the management of dyeing plants.
The main function of InfoTint is to provide relevant data such as time, water consumption, steam, electricity, chemicals, and dyes. These costs can be either theoretical or real, depending on whether they are calculated beforehand or after the dyeing process. This allows for comparisons and detailed analysis. Obtaining this data also enables the creation of records and statistics related to production, efficiency in the dyeing plant, first-pass yield (FPY), downtime, alerts, and other important factors."
