History

Kurt Brückner founded the company in 1963 under the name BRÜCKNER Appartebau GmbH. The company acted as a design and development center for the Brückner Group, and in this role was a valued and recognized technology partner of the textile industry for many years.
In July 2002, BRÜCKNER Apparatebau GmbH was separated from the Brückner Group and given the name ERBATECH GmbH Textile Plant & Equipment.
Under the new owner Ulrich von Christen, the product lines were modernized and focused on wet finishing systems.
By taking over a local company in 2009, the company expanded its range of services to include the manufacture of roofing-, sealing-, waterproofing membranes & shingles.

Product range

ERBATECH produces globally recognized products for the treatment of textiles in tubular or rope form as well as open width fabrics.
The focus of the current product range is the area of ​​continuous washing and bleaching systems, another mainstay are machines and systems for the production of bituminous roofing and sealing membranes.
The range of services includes the planning and construction of systems and machines, the design of processes for textile finishing, the assembly and commissioning of turnkey systems as well as the service and retrofitting of existing machines. .
