SUSTAINABLE FABRICS
We offer a variety of sustainable fabrics in different qualities, such as high-performance textiles made from NILIT® SENSIL® Toughtex ByNature or PES recycled yarn.
Responsible production as well as traceability in the preliminary stages is a basic requirement here, so that we only use yarns from GRS-certified preliminary suppliers that consist of 100% recycled base material.
The HIGHLIGHT at Techtextil 2024 will be new fabric variants with different weaves, structures and strengths made from SENSIL® Toughtex ByNature.
Together with NILIT®, we have also put together a completely new promotional package that explains the complex innovation process in simple terms and presents the new hang tags and sewing labels, which are available immediately, for consumer branding.

Sustainable finishing and coating
Sustainable finishes and coatings round off our product portfolio. In combination with a recycled fabric base + PFC-free finish, 98% of our textile solutions are sustainable. The remaining 2% is accounted for by necessary auxiliary materials.
In addition to "high-performance PFC-free (C0) impregnations", we offer a 100% recycled polymer coating (post-consumer) as a sustainable alternative to classic AC and PU dispersion coatings, which can be used on almost all fabrics and is comparable to a classic AC coating in terms of its physical properties, look and feel.
