PBN-II® Thermally Bonded Nylon Spunbond Fabrics
Our PBN-II® thermally bonded nylon 6,6 spunbond fabrics provide great strength and temperature performance while delivering more of a woven fabric appearance.
The PBN-II® fabric is produced with 100% polyamide 6,6 (nylon 6,6) polymer without any low melt co-polymers or bonding agents that can reduce high temperature performance.
The polyamide polymer makes the PBN-II® fabric the strongest and most durable thermally bonded spunbond fabric avaiable and our proprietary web formation technology creates the most uniform filament formation. Combined with polyamide's excellent chemical compatibility, this thermally bonded fabric can be used in a wide variety of end-uses incluidng automotive components, medical products, filtration materials and fiber reinforced composites.

Available in fabric weights from 10 gsm to 136 gsm, and widths up to 3.2 meters.
Nylon spunbond fabric physical properties are dependent on basis weight, but are typically 30% stronger and 40% thinner than competitive thermally bonded spunbond polyester fabrics.

CEREX® Polyamide 6,6 Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric
CEREX® brand spunbond nonwoven products are produced with 100% polyamide 6,6 (nylon 6,6) polymer using a proprietary gas phase solvent bonding technology that produces the strongest, thinnest, most abrasion resistant spunbond fabric available.
The gas phase bonding technology creates a bond point at every filament to filament contact point, without adheisves or low melt co-polymers. The finished CEREX® product has industry leading fiber uniformity with a smooth surface, excellent high temperature resistance, superior strength and abrasion resistance, and is compatible with a wide range of chemicals.
The smooth CEREX® fabric surface is an excellent substrate for coatings and membranes, and the superior uniformity of fiber distribution provides consistent performance in a vairety of demanding filtration, belting, composite and printing end uses.
CEREX® brand spunbond fabrics are also used as a performance enhancing substrate for nanofiber production. Again CEREX's uniform fiber matrix creates a more consistent nanofiber web formation which translates to more consistent and higher quality nanofiber performance.

NyStat™ 50 Static Dissapative Fabric
Provides excellent and uniform static dissapation in the 20,000 to 50,000 ohm range using a proprietary durable conductive polymer coating techology.
NyStat™ 50 provides a consistent level of conductivity across the fabric surface without the issues created by brittle carbon filaments or metalized surface treatments that can break off an release into the fluid.
Hydraulic power, fuel distribution, power generation and natural gas transportation filtration systems generate static charges that can cause serious and sometimes catastrophic damage. NyStat™ 50 can dissipate static electricity build-up and prevent electrostatic discharge problems before they happen.
When Performance Matters.......... NyStat™ 50 Delivers!
Currently available in a 20 gsm fabric weight with a maximum resistivity value of 50,000 ohms, and a 51 gsm weight with a maximum resistivity of 20,000 ohms.
