About us
Bloomati is a portuguese brand that supplies knitting fabrics with special finishings.
Our brand was developed because we understood the importance and the need to create a sustainable product. By optimizing the use of organic and recycled fibers, we designed a sustainable and environmentally friendly product.
Our ecological approach is present throughout the entire manufacturing process, combining natural fibers with a full eco-friendly process of dying and finishing, originating a totally sustainbale product that minimizes the environmental impact and helps preserve the planet.
Our mother company, Carvema, has since 1992, its own Wastewater Tretament Plant and for a number of years has been fully complying with all environmental standards imposed by the line ministry, in particular on atmospheric emissions, landfill of its banal industrial waste and sludge from the treatment of its efluente, recycling of waste paper and paperboard.
Constant renewal of the industrial equipment makes us more eficiente and saves more natural resources. Along with these needs we’re a Certified Company by Oeko-Tex, Gots, OCS, quality certification (Apcer Iso 9001), among others.
Everyday our team focus on acquiring skills in order to develop innovative finishes in response to emerging needs.
In our collection we present knitting fabrics produced with organci cotto, tencel, lyocel, bamboo, modal and other fibers. We also add to the fabrics specila finishes like antibacterial, UV and insect protection or thermo regulators.

Knititng fabric produced with 100% organic cotton with a finish that transforms the mesh into a second skin, giving it great strength and elasticity improving the performance of the user.
The design of this treatment, from silicones that bind to the structure of the fiber and the surface of the mesh, adds an enormous capacity of stretching, ensuring the return to the original shape of the mesh, without changing its structure, which makes this treatment suitable for clothing sports and leisure.

Knititng fabric produced with 100% organic cotton with a finish that is used as a pure softener, which provides protection against water and water-based stains, keeping clothes dry, giving the textile the ability to face with wet weather conditions.
This treatment keeps fabrics clean and free of unwanted stains for longer and has its effect maximized on outdoor clothing.
Its features have been optimized in cotton fibers, transferring the characteristics of the synthetic ones to cotton.

Jersey fabric produced with 96% Polyamide (50% to 99% Rec.) and 4% elastane with an antibacterial finish.
This finish is made in a sustainable way from the coconut shell, a natural and renewable resource, taking advantage of the antimicrobial characteristics of this fruit.
It is designed to keep clothes clean, light and fresh without body odors protected from bacteria, mites and fungi.
It absorbs and attacks body odors by destroying them instead of disguising them protecting and keeping clothes clean for much longer.
