For 50 years, Bianco® has been designing and manufacturing machinery with advanced technology for textile finishing, the technical textile industry, and the non-woven industry. Founded in 1974, since 2008 is part of a qualified industrial group, leader in various fields of advanced mechanics: TCN Group. SCS1 density detector
Bianco® SCS1 integrates a dedicated ultra-sensitive high-speed camera and an infrared pulse lighter. Combined with its external illuminator it is able to detect detailed images obtained by reflected and passing light simultaneously even when the fabric is running at high speeds. It is possible to detect distortion and density of both weft and warp and it can be converted into any proportional unit of measure. The system does not suffer interference due to the color of the fabric.
FTC7 Proportional Photocell
Thanks to its double optical and mechanical system, Bianco® FTC7 is able to control the fabric position even in the presence of jagged selvedges. The adjustment response curve can be easily varied by means of buttons on the sensor.
Bianco Clever
Bianco® creates innovative systems and high technology machines for automation and control, converting machineries, especially inspecting, cutting rolling and packing systems. Thanks to their modularity and versatility, Bianco® CLEVER is suitable for processing most materials: Technical Textile, Nonwoven, Coated Fabrics, Laminated Fabrics, Paper, Plastic and Rubber.
Bianco® CLEVER allows the roll to be closed longitudinally and laterally through the use of heat-shrinkable and non-shrinkable polythene. The longitudinal closure takes place by means of a thermo-fusion welding system, while the lateral closure takes place by means of thermo-heaters, with hot air or heat-sealing bars.
The wrapping of the polythene around the roll is perfectly adherent, through the use of thermo-heaters and the packaged roll has an extremely neat appearance and sturdy packaging.
It is also possible to insert one or more advertising sheets inside the packaging, make multiple rounds of polythene to increase its strength, use only polythene strips, use plastic film with different height and thickness, weigh and barcode label the first roll before or after the packaging.
Bianco Weightex with SSCAN Traversing System
Bianco® INSTRUMENTATION is a complete range of components for optimal control of fabric processes at various stages of finishing.
Bianco® WEIGHTEX SWB1/SWT1are non-radioactive systems for measuring the specific weight of running tapes.
The Bianco® WEIGHTEX SWB1 Sensor, through the use of low power soft backscatter X-rays, remotely detects the specific weight of moving tapes. The tape can be, for example, fabric, TNT, plastic film or any other homogeneous or inhomogeneous material comparable to these materials.
The system consists of 2 parts, a passive mechanical shielding and focusing part placed below the tape being measured and the sensor placed above.
The Bianco® WEIGHTEX SWT1 Sensor, through the use of low power attenuated soft X-rays, remotely detects the specific weight of moving tapes. The tape can also be formed by superimposed, laminated or coated layers or by composite or layered materials.
The system consists of 2 parts, the emitter below and the reader above.

- SSCAN traversing systems are traversing portals of different sizes for housing of the Weightex sensor. The measuring head can be equipped with many sensors for simultaneous detection of different parameters and it can have multiple applications (textile, non-woven, coating and converting, glass fibers and composites, plastic films, paper).
ECOTEX SE2 AIR MOISTURE DETECTOR
With BIANCO SE2 Ecotex, sensor for humidity detection in exhaust smoke of dryers and rameuse, is possible to detect air moisture inside the ovens and keep it at the ideal value by adjusting its extraction speed. Less expelled air means less fuel used to reheat other air. BIANCO Ecotex is designed to maintain its efficiency and precision for a long time. A durable investment with a very short pay-off.
