AUTOTECH's Autobreathe range is directly delivered to the largest composite manufacturers, in particular within the wind energy sector.
During the vacuum bagging process to create parts from moulds, resin escapes the layers of the laminate. In order to collect this resin and evenly direct the airflow, a nonwoven Breather/Bleeder Cloth layer is utilized between the laminate and the vacuum bag layers.
Autobreathe Breather/Bleeder Cloth conforms closely to the mould and creates even pressure during the vacuum bagging process. Once the process is complete, the Breather/Bleeder Cloth is discarded along with the excess collected resin.
