Crease-free smoothing all the way to the edges of the web, without marking, is ensured thanks to reliable BSW technology. The rollers do not require a separate drive and are nearly wear- and maintenance-free. The installation is simple and inexpensive even in critical areas of a plant. With wrap angles from 10 ° to 180 ° and a quick and ready-to-install delivery, the system is remarkably user-friendly.

What is possible?
Film thicknesses from 8 μ, web widths of up to 6 m as well as very high running speeds, thanks to dynamic balancing, are no problem for Mink spreading technology. In addition, Mink spreader rolls® are available with a unique double angling of the bristles for multi-slitting, with electrically conductive bristle material, and also for high temperatures of up to 160 °C. The BSW multi-slitting roller offers three advantages: reliable spreading, dependable creation of multiple slits and safe removal of static build-up – all in a single operation.
