We can process different materials as nonwovens,fabrics, felts, papers, foams as well as solid materials and partly flexible sheet materials.   We have set up laminating lines with a flexibility in order to offer custom laminations and treatment of materials used in:

Lamination with hot calender

• lamination of two or more layers of materials

• use for continuous roll to roll lamination

Flatbed lamination

• working width of the line 1800 mm, thickness of input materials up to 150 mm
• we use all types of clean, easy to work with, envir onmentally friendly adhesives - web, powder, film
• lamination of two or more layers of materials   in one step
• possibility of one-side and both side   application of adhesives on material surface (coating)
• roll to roll and single piece lamination
• possibility of processing all kinds of   substrates - fabric, foam, film, nonwovens, leather, 3D mesh fabric, PP, PVC plates...

Flat part cutting   

• for the complexity of our services except lamination we also of fer cutting of products
• for this purpose we use a cutter from a reputable manufacturer company Zünd
• work area 1800 x 3200 mm with fr ont and back extension which allows semi-automatic operation
