Idealmelt tank melters come in two different sizes, 5 lt and 12 lt, created to be the best choices in order to minimize energy consuptions and protect the environment.

The systems are equipped with 4,3” and 7” touch screen operator panel designed to be the most user-friendly and intuitive possible, two levels of filtration, improved insulation, integrated pattern control, automatic timer and eco function.

Idealmelt melters are equipped with new generation piston pumps with electro-magnetic exchanger, compression ratio of 1:13 and pressure regulator installed directly on the pump, to allow the user to change the quantity of the adhesive easily and quickly. Also, the high flow stainless steel filter of the pump and the primary filter installed on the tank prevent possible impurities from reaching and contaminating either the heated hoses or the jetting heads.

Thanks to their flexible structure, it’s possible to equip the melter with up to 6 heating zones. The total and practical opening of the frame, along with the right and left opening of the lid enable a full integration of the system on the production line, ensuring an optimal operating space at any condition.

Their system works by means of Plug & Work connections: in fact, by connecting the unit to the electrical and compressed air system, Idealmelt tanks are ready to be used only after approx. 30 – 40 min.

Their structure allows for the addition of other equipment such as capacitive adhesive level sensor, remote operator panel and glue automatic feeder. All Ideal-Melt systems can be implemented at any moment when needed, thus making them super versatile.
