Idealtech Coating Heads are designed to uniformly and continuously coat large surfaces while maintaining precision in weight, even when operating at high production speeds. This feature allows for product saving and cost avoided and for these reasons they are hugely performative especially in the non-woven textile field.

Featuring a modular design, they come in different sizes and can cover widths of up to 2500 mm, enabling versatility of use and offering extensive application possibilities. The heads can be either with fixed width or with adjustable width, where the adjustment is carried out by means of a rotating bar equipped with an indicator of position on the left and on the right side.

Idealtech coating heads can be used with adhesives such as EVA, pressure sensitive and polyurethane, and are also suitable for high viscosity adhesives (from 1.000 to 100.000 mPas).
