The Fusible Fluororesin Monofilament refers to the monofilament made of fusible fluororesin such as PFA,
PVDF, ETFE and FEP. The Fusible Fluororesin Monofilament has excellent chemical resistance, high operating temperature and low friction coefficient. Meanwhile, each kind of fusible fluororesin monofilament has its own unique advantages. For example, PFA monofilament has the best chemical resistance and the highest operating temperature; PVDF monofilament has high mechanical strength; ETFE monofilament has excellent radiation resistance. Because of these common and unique properties, Fusible Fluororesin Monofilaments are widely used in medical, chemical, fishery, electronics, aerospace and other fields.

Each bundle of PTFE Brown Multifilament produced by XCF is composed of several fine monofilaments. The cross section of each monofilament is round, and the diameter is basically the same. Therefore, it has good spinnability and lower surface friction coefficient. It is widely used in filtering, sealing, office
automation, joint bearings, functional clothing and other fields. Through our continuous efforts, in 2016 we developed PTFE White Multifilament and second generation of PTFE Brown Multifilament with higher strength, to meet the needs of different customers.

PTFE Scrim or Fabric is woven by 100% PTFE yarn. Compared with other materials, PTFE Scrim has better high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and high strength, making it one of the most excellent felt reinforcement materials at present. We can not only produce PTFE Scrim for needle punched felt, but also specially develop PTFE Scrim for spunlaced felt to meet the requirements of different customers for high temperature, strong corrosive gas and liquid filtration.

In 2004 XCF became the first manufacturer of PTFE sewing thread for filter bag use in China. Since then, we continuously challenge ourselves towards better answers to the questions: How to enable customers to obtain faster sewing efficiency, more convenient sewing experience, lower operating cost and higher service life? In 2013, the new generation of PTFE White Sewing Thread was developed with good features in higher strength、longer length per single cone and lower heat shrinkage. Besides white thread, a variety of colors are available for customers’ indoor or ourdoor use purpose.

Due to the use of 100% PTFE raw material,the felt made of our PTFE White Staple Fiber has excellent chemical properties and high operating temperature.The non-stick property of PTFE also greatly improves the ash removal ability of the felt.It can make felt with longer service life and better filtration efficiency in the harsh industry.
Our PTFE White Staple Fiber has serrated irregular cross section and uniform fiber fineness,which can effectively improve the dust capture ability of filter felt.Its excellent crimp shape and degree overcome the shortcomings of poor cohesion of PTFE fibers and make the fibers easier to carding.In response to the increasingly stringent global emission standards,in 2016 we developed PTFE micro fibers,which has greatly improved the ability to capture PM2.5 dust,so that the felt can achieve ultra-clean emissions without lamination
