Bianco® SCS1 integrates a dedicated ultra-sensitive high-speed camera and an infrared pulse lighter. Combined with its external illuminator it is able to detect detailed images obtained by reflected and passing light simultaneously even when the fabric is running at high speeds. It is possible to detect distortion and density of both weft and warp and it can be converted into any proportional unit of measure. The system does not suffer interference due to the color of the fabric.
