Powder scattering coating and lamination
The thermoplastic hotmelt powder is scattered evenly and fixed on the surface by use of pressure and temperature. Like this, even temperature-sensitive materials can be coated in a gently way; also laminations possible; work widths from 1.20 m to max. 1,70 m. Base of the hotmelt adhesives: CoPA, CoPES, EVA, TPU, PE.

Our program
We coat and laminate textiles of various sorts and on the basis of different raw materials. This includes, among others, woven fabric, hosiery goods and knitted goods (based on cotton, PA, PES), foam material (based on PU, PE, latex, EVA), non‐woven fabrics (based on PA, PES, PP, glass), membrane, synthetic leather, paper and much more.

Processing and cutting
We trim and cut the coated and laminated products to the roll size according to your requests. This finishing also includes the inspection of the products with an option to discard and mark parts upon request. Optionally, we implement a cutting of the edges. If desired, we can run in a PE‐ or silicone paper girder into the product during the roll up process. By use of our cutting machine, we can cut most of the textiles to your desired width.

Roller coating and lamination system
By use of a state‐of‐the‐art roller coating system, we coat textiles with melted hot melt. Besides a variety of possible application grids, given by the gravure of the heated coating roller, we are also possible to draw up plain films onto the surface of the textile. With this system we can use a very broad range of thermoplastic hot‐melt adhesives. Furthermore, lamination is possible with this system. The inserted thermoplastics already melt as from 60°C. The application of types with essentially higher activation temperatures up to 160°C is possible as well. In the foreseeable future we will expand our manufacturing line by another option: lamination by use of PU Reaktiv. Such bonds are high heat‐ and wash‐resistant due to their thermosetting property. After the crosslinkage, this type of adhesive enables an indissoluble compound of heterogeneous and homogenous substrates. With this new system we process working widths up to 2.10 metres.
Basis of the hot‐melt adhesives: CoPA, CoPES, EVA, APAO, TPU, PU Reaktiv

Flatbed lamination
Via our flatbed lamination, materials are joined gently with each other by use of hotmelt webs or films. With evenly distributed pressure and temperature conditions, high-quality laminations can be realized. Work widths from 1 m to 1.60 m; smaller widths upon request. Basis of the hotmelt webs or films: modified EVA, CoPES, CoPA, TPU.
