The winder is designed especially for winding high density fabric packages, woven from glass fibre. A high density and highly compact package build-up is ensured by the combination of three winding principles: Central winding by the driven winding mandrel in the package axis plus surface winding by the driving rolls on the package surface plus additional compression by a pressing roll.

Air texturizing machines - DST - 60/DST - 90/DST - 90 FB

The group of texturizing machines is used for air texturizing glass fiber or a mixture of fibers (glass / Kevlar) in yarns up to a maximum tex of 9600.

DST – 37X cake winding machine

The DST 37X winder is used for continuous winding of glass or basalt fibers. The fibers are wound in a saddle or trapezoidal shape on a plastic or paper tube.

For take-up winding of chopped strand mat and is located at the end of a CSM (chopped strand mat) line. Designed according to requirements of our customers – from a basic winder layout up to a fully automatic winder layout including package and shaft handling section. The plant can be equipped with arbitrary features: fully automatic feeding in start-up, trim cutter, fun and suction ends, fast and smooth width changes, straight edges for mat roll, in-line crosscutting and a sampling option.
