Silverline
The finely textured Silverline is one of the more transparent fabrics in Rökona's collection of gloss textile. Its surface is characterized by a very elegant and fine stripe pattern that offers a pleasant metallic reflection and a subtle, tactile 3D effect.
Incidence of light on the front makes the silky matt, silver surface become opaque, while the black reverse side remains transparent. Silverline can therefore be used as a room divider or for shading with variable privacy protection, for example in the contract sector. And thanks to its surface, it also becomes a design object with a wide range of styling options.
Silverline can be printed and lasered and thus serves as a surface for a variety of individually designed motifs and patterns. The textile can be used in manifold ways – as a curtain thanks to its soft drape or, for example, covering a frame as an uninterrupted surface.
Silverline is part of Rökona SHINE – the collection of seven very different, unique and highly functional gloss textiles from Rökona. All of these textiles are characterized in particular by their sustainable character: They are completely free of metallic components, single-origin, and therefore 100% recyclable. Without compromising on their exclusive metal look.
As part of the RE:Space portfolio, the highly functional premium textiles set standards in terms of their properties and sustainability. This is thanks to Rökona's masterful expertise and special use of warp knitting technology. For this innovative and sustainable approach, RE:Space has already received several awards, including the German Design Award and the German Innovation Award.

Contracut
Discover Contracut by Rökona - the textile for maximum safety during chainsaw operations! Our patented cut protection, integrated into the front section of work trousers, sets standards in the field of occupational safety clothing.
Our clear recommendation to manufacturers: Incorporate Contracut into six layers to provide the wearer not only with the highest level of protection but also unmatched comfort and excellent breathability. By choosing the right garment manufacturing techniques and using high-quality outer and lining fabrics, it's even possible to achieve Cut Protection Class 1 with just 5 layers of Contracut.
The revolutionary functionality of Contracut is truly impressive: When the saw's clutch contacts the fabric, Contracut entwines, instantly halting the chainsaw blade. In the event of the saw blade contacting the fabric, specialized threads entangle in the clutch, bringing the chainsaw to a halt immediately. The bottom layer of the Contracut fabric remains untouched, ensuring the forestry worker exits the work situation unharmed.
Sustainable protection for you and the environment: Contracut is 100% polyester, making it recyclable and environmentally friendly. Opt for workplace safety Made in Germany - for security, comfort, and environmental awareness in the workplace!

Black Sterling
As a double-face textile, Black Sterling has a black reverse side with a perforated structure. The front shimmers in rich silver and is characterized by a very special, textured metallic look. The pattern, which resembles the link structure of a snake chain, creates a subtle 3D effect and opens up possibilities for expressive designs that really catch the eye. The perforated structure on the reverse is not visible from the front, so that the effect of the pattern and the metallic surface of the front remains undisturbed.
At the same time, the surface gives the textile a pleasant touch that can be clearly felt and also visually perceived. Thanks to its light weight, Black Sterling has a very flowing and soft drape.
This makes Black Sterling the fabric of choice when function needs to be combined with special design accents. For example, as a curtain, shading element, or room divider. As the surface can also be printed, it offers even more processing and design options. So, there are virtually no limits to creativity.

AFILIA
Our textiles, vegan leather. Single-origin, recyclable, spun-dyed and made of 100% recycled yarns.
Developed at our headquarters in Tübingen, this special article combines the advantages of a textile with the look of nubuck leather. This feel and look are created without using any chemical additives.
The special grain of this article is a distinguishing property that makes it a high-quality alternative for leather suitable for use in the interior and other areas in vehicles.

Horizon
Horizon is a real specialty among gloss textiles. Its block stripe design offers partial sight and light protection. The wide stripes create a reflective metallic look that is interrupted by narrower dark stripes. The dark stripes are semi-transparent, while the light, metallic stripes are opaque.
The partial stripe pattern in combination with a metallic look can only be achieved through the special use of warp knitting technology. This surpasses the conventional production of shiny textiles using metal vaporization, which can only produce continuous surfaces. In addition, the width of the stripes can be individually configured – tailored to customer needs.
This semi-transparent nature of the stripe pattern enables a particularly clever solution for shading or privacy protection. Using two layers of Horizon as a roller blind on top of each other, allows for switching between partial and complete protection, depending on how the light, opaque strips and the semi-transparent, dark ones are arranged over each other.
Finally, the surface can also be printed, which opens up further design and application possibilities – for example in interior design as a decorative element or in the automotive sector.
