It is a BIOPILE - having a face made with Green One  polyester which is both recycled and biodegradable  in marine water (TEST ASTM D6691 628 days 59,6% biodegradation). The reverse is Tencel Lyocell biodegradable in marine water afrer 45 days it is also unbrushed to minimize the shedding - THE TENCEL HAS A VERY LOW CARBON IMPACT.
