We are one of the largest producers of aramid knitted fabrics in Europe and we are therefore experts in producing these heat-resistant and cut resistant knits. In fact, this newest fibre type has about five times the tensile strength of apparel fibres thanks to the large proportion of aromatic, phenyl groups. In addition to the previously named characteristics, our aramids are highly resistant to chemicals and absorption and have no melting point or conductivity. These fabrics are available in various weights and knit structures. They are mostly used for protective clothing such as clothing for military, forestry workers, racing drivers and firefighters.
