Über uns
Fiber Engineering GmbH, founded in 2003, has expertise in process engineering for fibre applications, special machine construction for fibre injection systems and tool construction for 3D contour parts. The FIM (Fiber Injection Molding) process was invented by Fiber and is now patented in over 30 countries worldwide.
Our customers come from the automotive, construction, furniture, textile, agricultural, aerospace and medical technology sectors. We have contacts in almost all European countries as well as in the USA and Korea.
With FIM, 3D fibre moulded parts are produced by optimising the use of resources such as material, energy and personnel. The parts are produced directly from the raw material without a semi-finished product in the form of sheets. Parts with precise contours can be produced, which means that trimming, for example, can be saved, which brings additional savings.
We have been working intensively for over 10 years with natural fibres and their waste, as well as with the development of a substitute for PUR foams.
