We also offer all the machines to wind the dyed yarn.  Once again FADIS, has introduced to the market a technological innovation – LEO ROBOT - in the field of automated bobbin changeover which will be remembered in decades to come.

Doing its best to interprete market needs and for the first time worldwide, Fadis has installed a “cobot”, that is a collaborative robot, on its own production machines to automate the winding process to the maximum, with flexibility, quality and productivity, and to minimise human intervention, thus making it finally possible to work in “unmanned/without operator” mode. LEO ROBOT, the cobot at your service for non-stop (24h) autonomous and quality working.

 A further evolution of the air texturing machine hes been introduced. Thanks to the "open platform" concept, the machine can be configured  with  2 to 4 cold godet or 6 hot godet to produce perfect quality air texturized yarns  starting from POY/FDY /FOY/SDY. With Sincro AQUAJET it is possible to create any combination of yarns for different end uses such as sportswear, underwear, knitted fabrics, furniture, carpet support, outdoor and upholstery.

 Other great innovations are available in the field of technical, medical, geo-textile yarns, for upholstery and carpets and the automotive industry, with machines specifically designed to cover a wider range of yarns types and coarser counts. A unique solution to unwind from heavy carpet hanks to metered packages with doffer in one step will be displayed.

 In addition to the new graphics and expansion of functions introduced on the new and larger computerized digital terminal, Fadis has developed an intuitive dashboard that can be installed on Personal PCs and Tablets which collects a series of data, graphs and lists, capable of provide at a glance clear information on the progress or performance of the machines.
