beag® …more than just yarn
Mainly PA and PET yarns are processed in texturizing department (DTY, PIN). Functional yarns in mix with PA, PET, Carbon (conductive), Copper (shielding), PA flame-retardant (FR), PA recycled and Elastane are manufactured in twisting and airjet-texturizing departments. Under the “...more than just yarn” slogan, beag develops customized solutions for textile, technical and SMART textiles.

beag develops elastic covered yarns with maximum stretch, combined with the high performance properties of abrasion-resistant polyamides for functional outdoor textiles.
beag® eStatic
Conductive (ESD) yarns are used for cleanroom- and surgical gowns or for high-density woven PET mirco fabrics. This avoids electro-static charges in the textiles.

The flame-retardant additive is incorporated into the PA 6.6 polymer. This leads to a permanent effect and to common processing and using properties of the yarn. The first permanent PA 6.6 FR in the market offers you the highest level of flame-protecting and fulfills all envirenment standards cause no hazardous substances have to be add on the textiles.
beag® FTCotton
beag has launched a new yarn. It combines the feel of cotton with the performance of a synthetic fiber. As a result, the cotton-like polyamide yarn developed by the textiles specialist from the canton of St.Gallen has a natural feel, while also being suitable for use in sportswear.
