ZSK TECHNICAL EMBROIDERY SYSTEMS is a Division of ZSK Stickmaschinen GmbH located in Krefeld, Germany. ZSK is the leading manufacturer of industrial embroidery machines „Made in Germany“. The company develops and manufactures machines with up to 56 embroidery heads for decorative textile finishing and innovative technical embroidery systems for functional products and developments for amongst others the fields of automotive, aerospace, sport and medicine. Different embroidery technologies used by ZSK TECHNICAL EMBROIDERY SYSTEMS enable through their typical individual characteristics a wide scope of products, applications and methodical procedures. These technologies facilitate for example the absolutely free and flexible laying of wires, fibers and tubes at the 2-dimensional level of the carrier material. Others provide the production of voluminous and soft surfaces, which are ideal for producing sensors or similar like they are required for smart or medical textiles.
