UNIMATEC manufactures embossing rollers and embossing machines for a wide range of applications. The focus is on the processing of tissue products.
Our many years of experience both in the field of napkin embossing with matched steel rollers and in the field of handkerchief embossing with top-to-flat rollers, in which we have been active in development since the beginning, have consolidated our position as market leader.
Of course, we do not only accompany our customers from the engraving development to the finished embossing roller/embossing machine, but we also give top priority to post-delivery support for all kinds of questions.
Our in-house laboratory facility gives us the opportunity to develop and test customized embossing processes in a wide range of variations for our customers. Embossing processes for various tissue products, aluminium, sheet steel and even foil processing can be reproduced realistically there.
Through intensive and open communication with our customers, we find a customized solution for every individual application.
UNIMATEC specializes in engraving with tools, as this process offers the highest accuracy. The tools are manufactured on high-precision tooling machines. The geometry of the figures is precisely defined and the surface of the tools is of the highest quality, which reflects in the surface quality of our embossing rollers.
