It is easy to forget how important the brake hoses are among the many parts that bring a braking system.
Simply put, the Brake Hose is a very critical piece of safety in all vehicles. Whenever brakes are used, brake hoses operating under overvoltage must be checked regularly because any error can cause brake fluid loss. This means a drop in pressure and can cause severe braking failures.
The brake hoses transmit the pressure brake hydraulic fluid, which is sent from the brake center through the brake pipes under pressure, to the wheel brake system. The hydraulic connection must be able to work flexibly as it transmits to the moving wheels and must be durable since there is direct contact with the outside. The brake hoses are connected to the brake pipes and to the brake cylinder on the wheel by connecting fittings. Rubber and steel mesh are used together to increase the strength of the brake hoses.
The only way to check if a Brake Hose is operating correctly is to perform a visual inspection. If there are visible cracks or leaks, this may be an indication that the whole brake network is damaged, because all brake parts wear off at similar rates. Lima Hortum Sanayi recommends replacing Brake Hoses every five years or 50,000 km to avoid compromising safety at any point.
The only way to ensure our hoses' performance on the road under high pressure is to test them under extreme conditions. This is always the work we do over and over again. Our test procedures have the following features:

- Brake hydride conformity test - takes place in a furnace heated to 120 ° C for three days
- High-pressure evaluation test
- Volumetric expansion test
- Mixing control to provide continuous 20 bar pressure and 800 rpm

In full or semi-hydraulic systems, the clutch hose transmits the pedal force applied by the driver to the clutch lower center cylinder or hydraulic clutch.
The mechanical separation system uses a cable to do this. The hydraulic system transmits the force with virtually no friction loss.
In hydraulically actuated clutch systems, the hydraulic oil coming from the clutch master cylinder which hydraulically presses the movement of the clutch pedal is the hoses that transmit to the clutch sub center or to the hydraulic clutch ball.
Like the Hydraulic Brake Hoses, the clutch hoses are not considered a safety product. Inner and outer diameters of the hose are the same as those of the Brake Hose, but the design of the inner EPDM through which the hydraulic fluid passes and the fittings at the ends of the hose are different.

The passivations of the brake hose fittings vary according to customer requirements, but the compatibility of this application with the relevant global specifications is a very important issue.

Hydraulic hose is an important circuit element that ensures the transmission of the hydraulic pressure. The hoses used in hydraulic systems are made of synthetic rubber and layers of cloth or steel wire mesh which increases the strength. There are many types such as steel braided, textile braided, abrasion resistant in the industrial range. They are used in moving parts of hydraulic systems. It is also preferred to use it, as a pressure transmission line in systems that apply vibration.
