Protective features The SafeComfort disposable chemical protective suits are certified to EN 14605 - Type 4, ISO 13982-1 - Type 5, EN 13034 - Type 6. Depending on the model, the chemical protective suits have soft elastic ends on the hood, arms and legs, a two-way zipper and an elastic waist for a good fit. They are antistatic and silicone-free. The model T is also equipped with red-taped seams, thumb loops and a self-adhesive zipper cover - for better protection against particles, aerosols and chemical liquids. The SafeComfort disposable protective suits model N and H are particle-tight and limited splash-proof; the model T is particle-tight and splash-proof. All models are free of paint wetting substances and silicone. Depending on the model, the chemical protective suits meet the specific requirements of PPE Category III Type 4, 5 and 6 personal protective clothing. Comfort features Transpiration is an effective mechanism to release excess heat and regulate body temperature. If perspiration cannot evaporate because the water vapour pressure of the air is lower than that on the surface of the skin (e.g. no wind, high temperature and at the same time high air humidity, but also when wearing protective clothing), heat accumulates quickly, leading to discomfort and a drop in productivity. SafeComfort chemical protective suits offer the user superior wearing comfort with full freedom of movement and optimum moisture management - without any heat stress. The ergonomically cut chemical protective suits ideally combine the technical and textile advantages for the wearer in a wide range of applications. The inner side absorbs 4 times its weight in sweat and liquid; the breathable outer side continuously transports the fluid to the outside - even in warm environments and during longer wearing times. So it creates a slight cooling effect that can reduce heat stress during wear.
