DAXALL® TPU film is produced in the blow molding process and consists of 5 layers, each of which can have different properties and perform other functions. Our company has the technology and know-how to create unique recipes and functionality that makes it possible to produce films with features that meet the expectations of our customers. The TPU film breathes thanks to presence of Soft polymer blocks which are responsible for the transmission of water vapor molecules. Hard polymer blocks are responsible for above-average mechanical properties.

The monolithic TPU film is:

• Resistant to very high temperatures and UV radiation,
• Flexible,
• Resistant to many aggressive substances,
• Hermetic for air and many other gases (eg. helium that fills balloons),
• Simultaneously watertight and vaporpermeable (allows the penetration of water vapor)
• Extremely durable (it shows high abrasion resistance, among other features).
