IT.TECH s.r.l. is an Italian company specialized in the production of technical fabrics for military, workwear and industrial supplies. The fabrics produced (weaving and knitting) are made in collaboration with the customer in according to his specific needs. IT.TECH s.r.l. produces synthetic fabrics, high tenacity (polyamide and polyester with the possible addition of antistatic component as well), natural fabrics and mixed (cotton, cotton-polyester, cotton-polyamide), fireproof fabrics (aramid, aramid-viscose, modacrylic-cotton), seeking the best technical solutions with a team of qualified collaborators and suppliers. IT.TECH is successfully completing the GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification process. All the fabrics produced are also subjected to special finishing processes in according to the final use of the product such as: laminations with polyurethane, polyester and P.T.F.E membranes, 2 or 3 layers, polyurethane coatings, fireproof finishes, water repellent finishes.
IT.TECH s.r.l. offers a good range of services to its customers which includes:
-) fabrics available and ready to shipment, in different colors, for the following product types: linings (polyamide-polyester-polyester/viscose-cotton-cotton/polyester), coating fabrics for clothing and footwear (polyamide-polyester), stretch fabrics (polyamide-polyester), knitted fabrics (polyamide-polyester). Deliveries are very fast, guaranteed within 4 days from the order and the customer can order just one roll of fabric without surcharge as well
-) possibility to dye/print raw fabrics available: the customer can order his own special color or request to print his own exclusive picture.
-) possibility to plan new products with the cooperation the customer, starting from a fabric sample, a technical sheet or tender specifications. The new projects are all guaranteed by maximum confidentiality.
-) possibility to produce with the cooperation of important textile companies certified in according with the following standard: ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015
-) possibility to produce a lot of different types of technical products:
1. High visibility fabrics in according with the UNI EN ISO 20471:2017 standard

High Visibility Fabrics
IT.TECH s.r.l. produces different types of fabrics for high visibility clothing in according with the UNI EN 20471: 2017 standard.
The fabrics are produced with 100% PL yarns or mixed with cotton (only on the back side of the fabric). Recently IT.TECH s.r.l. produces also a version with elastic fiber, so there is the possibility to offer to customers stretch properties in 2 or 4 way.
For these types of fabric, IT.TECH s.r.l. can also apply special finishes such as: water repellent finishes, blood repellent finishes, chemical agents repellent finishes, laminating with PU, PTFE and PL membranes waterproof and breathable in according with the UNI EN 343:2008 standard (2 or 3 layers). The colors that are produced are the following: yellow-orange-red.

Antistatic fabrics
IT.TECH S.R.L. produces synthetic and fireproof fabrics using antistatic yarns as well, in according to the UNI EN 1149-5: 2008 standard.
Often the antistatic yarn is used in both directions (warp and weft) to form a grid that can be made in different sizes (usually 5 mm by 5 mm), as requested by the customer, but the antistatic component can also be inserted inside the yarn to make it invisible.

High Tenacity Fabrics
IT.TECH s.r.l. produces high tenacity fabrics in polyamide, but with elastic and para-aramid fiber as well, mixed in with the task to offer its customers high tensile, tear and abrasion resistance performance fabrics. The fabrics of this family are produced in a wide range of weights (until 750 g/mq) and with the possibility to produce also the elastic version in 2 or 4 ways.
Fabrics produced with para-aramid fiber have high resistance to abrasion (until to 300,000 Martindale cycles) and are highly recommended for inserts in technical garments.
IT.TECH s.r.l. can also apply other types of finishing like water-repellents or laminating with membrane: in this way the garments will be very resistant, water-repellent, waterproof and breathable. The best solution for technical garment for mountain or motorbike

Fireproof fabrics
IT.TECH S.R.L. produces fabrics for fireproof clothing using top quality yarns, dope dyed to good light fastness or yarn dyed. The production of these fabrics (weaving and knitting) is made especially for military supplies (clothing, gloves, uniforms) but for the automotive sector as well.
Our fabrics are produced using different types of yarn, with different compositions, such as:

Waterproof and breathable fabrics
IT.TECH S.R.L. produces different types of waterproof and breathable fabric in according with the UNI EN 343: 2008 standard. IT.TECH S.R.L. can offer to his customers synthetic fabrics (polyamide-polyester-polyester/cotton-aramid) laminating with PU-PTFE-PL membranes, 2 or 3 layers.
IT.TECH S.R.L. can make waterproof and breathable fabrics with the application of polyurethane coating as well, always in according with the UNI EN 343: 2008 standard.
IT.TECH S.R.L. can also produce tapes for heat-sealing the seams giving to customers all the technical specifications for the application of the material (temperature, pressure, speed).
All the fabrics produced are checked in the laboratory with particular attention for the following technical characteristics:
-) resistance to water penetration - Hydrostatic pressure test after several washing cycles (40 ° C or 60 ° C)
-) resistance to water penetration - Hydrostatic pressure test after contamination of chemical agents
-) breathability in according with the UNI 4818-26: 1992 standard
-) resistance to water steam (Ret) in according with UNI EN 11092: 2014 standard
-) continuous washings for 100 or 200 hours, to check the resistance of lamination
