We supply machines and production lines for handling all kinds of fibres. Our range of machines includes handling fibre bales, opening bales, mixing, cleaning, blending, metering and feeding of fibres, carding and web formation as well as optical inspection systems.
Our experience also includes the handling of very short and long fibres.
We have a standard range of machines, but our strength is specially custom-made ma-chines for individual or extreme applications.

OPTiMETER-D
The OPTíMETER-D is designed for continuous metering of fibres with up to 1200 kg/ h per component.
The density of the fibres in the tower is controlled by sensors.
The production is determined by servo-driven extraction rolls.
The blend is done in a common pipe with small tufts, not by intermittent big drops of weigh pans.

microFLOC
The microFLOC opener is designed for single or double bale opening. Big rolls gently open the fibres, kicking back unopened tufts. The bales are transported by our robust moving plank floor. The feed speed can be set by an inverter.

Opens also hard-pressed bales and bleaching cakes.
miniFLOC
Small tower plucker for working off a large number of bales.
Very low investment.
Production up to 700 kg/ h.
Very low energy consumption.
Easy to install and to maintain.
- Detacher head can be swung from one side to the other. Good open-ing of fibres.
- Very few moving parts. Safety light barriers guard the plucking area.
- Precise indexing of detacher head.

COMPACT CARD
The new HERGETH carding unit of-fers many new and unique ad-vantages in efficiency, operation, web forming and maintenance.
The system is processing fibres from 10 - 100 mm length and fi-bres from 0,9 dtex up to 100 dtex coarse wool, and bleached cotton.
The machine can be changed from roller-doffing to aerody-namical doffing.
Cylinders are roll-on/ roll-off.
Big Bin Opener/ Blender
The Big Bin opens pre-weighed bales (hard-pressed bales as well as loose material) and builds a sandwich. After some passages the blend is ready to go to the card.
- Capacity about 1000 kg (standard). Up to 100 m³ (more than 1000 kg) possible.
- Throughput up to 2000 kg/ h.
