104182 is a Reactive Polyurethane Hotmelt adhesive that cross-links through air moisture.

Typical End Use and Properties:

Formulated for laminating textiles, membranes, and outdoor curtains with excellent washing resistance, high performance, strong bonding, and high hydrolysis resistance.

Recommended Application:

The product has to be applied using specific equipment designed for Reactive Polyurethane Hot Melt: A melting unit (Teflon coated tanks), thermoregulated hoses, and application slot nozzles or roller coater. The adhesive in the melting tank should be kept under nitrogen or dry air to avoid deterioration and/or anticipated curing.
