Über uns
The FIBTEX GmbH is a young and dynamic company with production facilities in Oberfranken, Northern Bavaria. Since our foundation in 2007 by Rudolf Schlotter we have collected tremendous know how and expertise in developing new technical fiber and non-woven products. Today we offer cost-effective and smart textile solutions for isolation, fire protection, temperature stability and noise reduction made from on high quality primary and secondary materials. In April 2019 Tristan Schlotter has joined the organization rendering FIBTEX a true 2nd generation family business.

Fibtex produces nonwovens from glass/PP staple fibres in various blending ratios
Composite nonwovens
Fibtex has experience in the mechanical and thermal production of composite nonwovens from up to 6 different individual components
Nonwovens made of 100 % basalt or glass
Fibtex has two product groups here: 100 % nonwovens made of basalt and 100 % nonwovens made of glass. In the series, these are basis weights from 150 to 3500 g/m² in a working width of up to 2500 mm
Nonwovens for sewer rehabilitation
Fibtex produces nonwovens in rolls in this area. The nonwovens are made from 100 % PET or in blends of glass and PET.
Insulation nonwovens made of glass fibre
Fibtex's portfolio includes insulation nonwovens made from glass staple fibres in the weight range up to 3500 g/m²
