Sectional and direct warpers

Machines for fruit packing nets model TC-300
Circular warp knitting machine for the production of tubular netting for the packaging industry. Prepared for plastic nets working from polyethylene film and prepared for biodegradable nets working from cellulose and cotton yarns.
All types of outputs and product presentations are also manufactured, including vacuum packaging systems.
This type of machines allow a complete interchangeability of cylinders offering the possibility to produce different types of nets adapted to the different packaging needs.
Machines for narrow fabrics, ropes and trimmings
Our MC/2 model rope braiding machines is produced in all types of outlets and product presentations, including core insertion systems, elastic feeding systems and winding systems. This type of machine allows a complete interchangeability of cylinders offering the possibility to produce different types of ropes and cords.
Our needle loom model KNITRAMA is manufactured in all width formats in order to produce fabrics from 5 mm. to 300 mm. including feeding systems from creels or from beams.
We also highlight our crochet machines for elastic or rigid webbing model DIANA as well as our crochet machines for trimmings models M-138 and GALONTRONIC.
Electronic Raschel Knitting machine model MINITRONIC
High efficiency full electronic Raschel knitting machine of versatile use, specialized in the production of spacer fabrics 3D, tubular fabrics, security nets and special meshes.
The machine can work with diverse types of yarn; naturals, artificial, and synthetics.
Electronic system permitting the complete electronic control of the pattern bars.
Pattering is designed on a touch screen onto the machine.
Minitronic is equipped with a central PLC to store the designs and allowing the control of all electronic on the machine. Different patterns can be introduced in the memory, being transmitted on the pattern bars.
