neXline wetlaid for glass fiber mats
ANDRITZ offers complete wetlaid production lines from low to high volume for the production of glass fiber mats — the ANDRITZ neXline wetlaid. Different types of lines are available depending on the capacity level. However, they all encompass stock preparation, wetlaid forming, binder application, flat dryer, and winder, and are perfectly suited to your needs.
The neXline wetlaid includes a revolutionary development for glass fiber mats in the manifold, diffusor, and former equipment. The double diffusor concept ensures uniform fiber distribution with optimal structures during the laying process. This results in reduced raw material costs because less chemicals and fibers are needed.

neXline wetlace for flushable wipes
Set new standards for flushable wipes. The original ANDRITZ Wetlace™ combines wet forming and hydroentanglement. This tried-and-tested process has proven ideal for producing flushable wipes from 100 % natural and/or renewable raw materials without chemical binders.
The ANDRITZ Wetlace™ technology incorporates contradictory properties. The process behind the core solution to provide excellent web uniformity blends the web on the inclined wire and bonds it mechanically in the hydroentanglement unit. This process results in superior web uniformity and product quality. The final strength is achieved by mechanical bonding of the web via hydroentanglement, which ideally complements the wetlaid technology by entangling fibers without any chemical binders or thermoplastic fibers.

neXline wetlace cp for biodegradable wipes
ANDRITZ offers various nonwoven processes to produce best and cost-effective wipes, like spunlace, Wetlace and Wetlace CP. ANDRITZ also accompanies nonwoven producers in the move to sustainability with the aim of reducing or eliminating plastic components while maintaining the high quality of the desired product properties. The latest development in this field is the ANDRITZ neXline wetlace CP line, which integrates the card-pulp (CP) process. This is a fully engineered production line combining the benefits of drylaid and wetlaid technologies to produce a new generation of biodegradable wipes.
