The GreenDisc meets customer demands for highest quality standards in texturing in an environmentally responsible manner by featuring an innovative detachable carrier, which is fully circular and a recyclable polyurethane ring. The GreenDisc consists of a two-part, dismountable carrier and a polyurethane ring (PU ring). Thanks to a snapin connection, the two parts of the carrier can be fastened around the PU ring and separated again after usage and recycled. The new design offers the same maximum speed and high yarn quality as any other Temco discs.

With the VR-E, Temco has developed the most economical separator roller for DTY. At maximum process speeds, the VR-Eco optimizes the start-up torque for fine yarns and impresses with gentle yarn deflection and stretching. 

Deflection roller ULR double roller 

The ULR34400-E2-01 deflection roller offers high customer benefits thanks to its double running surface.  Films, nonwovens and other materials for packaging processes and the manufacture of hygiene articles can be diverted at different speeds (differential speed) and in two directions of rotation. This enables double use of the application, especially when space on the machine is limited. The Temco "Double Roller" can be produced with different coatings such as carbon, aluminum and non-stick. It is also possible to extend the range to include other shells. 

Thanks to its many years of experience in the textile industry, Temco has extensive knowledge of the hygiene industry, particularly in the production of diapers for babies and adults as well as feminine hygiene products. The ULR deflection rollers with non-stick coating are particularly important in this production process. By gluing the different layers of diapers or sanitary towels with hot melt adhesive, the adhesive does not stick to the roll.
