For almost 50 years, MARGASA has been engaged in the development and manufacture of textile waste recycling and non-wovens machinery installations.
In order to give a total guarantee to our customers, MARGASA can deliver complete turnkey installations, so we take care of all parts of the project, from design to training and production trials according to the specific requirements of each customer.

ROTARY FILTER FR-60
Centralist dust collection generated during the process in whole recycling line with a capacity up to 125.000 cubic meters of air per hour. Provide with a prefilter camera made by a fine mesh with a rotating suction arm especially suitable for very contaminated air with big particles.
During process maintains the same pressure with the machines. A compactor compresses all the collected dust
CUTTER CMT-900
Rotary cutter of 900 mm working width. This machine can cut all textile waste. Long feeding apron. Two blades in the rotary drum. A Metal detector can be installed in first cutter. Capacity up to 5.000 Kg/h
Cut length is from 8 mm to 80 mm at 400 Cuts/min
BEATER CLEANER BL-2500
All heavier fiber particles are removed from the beater-cleaner by centrifugal force. Remove all foreign parts in the used cloth (buttons, zippers, brooches, rivets, trimmings) and remove the dirt of the cotton fiber.
The beater machine has a drum covered with big sharp arms which beat the material against a greed placed under the drum.
RAG TEARINGS MASTER & COMPAK
This machine will tear the cuttings into fiber. Can reprocess any kind of textile waste. The recycled fiber is used as raw material in the OE spinning & non-woven processes.
Two models of rag tearing lines, ‘Master’ is big model and ‘Compak’ model is smaller. Working width is 1.000/1.500/2.000 mm. Capacity of machines are 250 Kg/h up to 1.500 Kg/h
All working elements functions: speeds of feeding and condenser cylinder, feed dish setting, etc can be electronically changed independently in each drum control panel while the machine is working
AIRLAY MACHINE
The Airlay is the machine that produces the fiber web form that must be consolidated mechanically (needle punching) or chemically (by low melt fibers or resins).
Airlay can work with any kind of fibres, natural, synthetic and recycled, but also with resins as epoxy or phenolic. So, it makes our lines the most versatile in the market, having in one production line all the solutions and possibilities to make felts from 400 to 3.000 gr/m2
The final products are thermal and acoustic insulations for the buildings, insulations for the car industry and hard and soft felts for the mattress or similar.
