The roots of Kipas Holding go back to "Kahramanmaras Iplik Pamuk A.S.", a yarn manufacturing company established in 1984, and now Kipas Holding is serving with 25 companies in 6 main sectors, more than 14,000 employees and annual turnover of more than 1 billion USD.
As one of the leading textile operation in Europe, Kipas Textile is an advanced integrated company that has gained a place among the world's prominent suppliers by exporting %60 of its own manufactured fabrics. Integrated textile plants owned by Kipas Group companies are the preferred suppliers of the world's leading brands, with a significant annual production capacity including 140 thousand tons of yarn, 90 million meters of woven fabric. YARN:
Kipas Holding's yarn production facilities have a closed area of 300,000 m², 7 ring spinning plants with 250,000 spindles, 3 open-end mills with 20,500 rotors (a new investment of an additional mill with approx. 9500 rotors will be operational in 2022), 12 VORTEX machines and a qualified, experienced workforce of 3,000, producing 390 tonnes of yarn per day. Kipas yarn mills, capable of producing yarns from all types of blended or pure short staple fibres, have become one of the world's major yarn suppliers thanks to high quality production, timely delivery and customer-oriented operating principles.
Our yarn spinning technologies are "Ring, Ring Compact, OE, Airjet (Vortex), Duo Core, Cyro, Core Spun, Slub, Twisted, Mixed".)
In particular, in OE between 6 and 40 Ne yarn production and in Ring between 6 and 120 Ne core spun, hard core, cyro, dualcore and dualfix yarn production are carried out. Kipaş Holding, the leader of the textile sector, has been able to become the locomotive of the sector by exporting 50% of its own yarns.

TECHNICAL TEXTILE:
Kipas Textile is an advanced company where you can also find Technical Textile needs. Currently we offer yarns and fabrics for the "Military, Protective, Workwear, Medical and Outdoor Markets".
Our R&D facilities are quite flexible and Kipas is the only vertically integrated technical fabrics company in Europe and by this means besides our experience in fashion apparel fabrics, we are able to develop inovative products as per our customers needs. For the purpose of meeting these customer requirements and supply chains, we have used many patented materials from top leading fibre suppliers such as DUPONT, INVISTA, LENZING, UNIFI, etc. We have been working with these partners for a long time under exclusive non-disclosure agreements. KIPASTEC™ is sold through an extensive international network of wholly owned subsidiaries, agents and distributors. On the other hand, KIPASTEC™ is presented at the most important trade fairs such as Techtextil, IDEF, A+A, Milipol and IDEX etc.

CORDURA® NYCO fabrics are engineered with an intimate blend of INVISTA T420 nylon 6,6 staple fibre and cotton, offering improved abrasion and tear resistance. The result is the comfort of cotton with enhanced functionality!

FABRIC PRODUCTION:
Kıpas Textile has been producing all kinds of 2D woven fabrics for six different groups such as "upholstery, shirting, formal, corduroy, denim, casual and technical textile".
Kipaş Fabric plants such as weaving departments with 260 weaving machines in non-denim, dyeing and finishing departments with full process steps from bleaching to mercerizing, continuous dyeing, rotary printing and almost all kinds of finishing with its annual production capacity of 35 million meters, having a wide range of production such as elastic fabric, corduroy fabric, printed fabric, attach great importance to R&D studies at every stage of production. Products and services are developed according to market conditions and customer requirements in departments organised by experienced staff.

DENIM:
We offer our customers a wide range of products that can handle up to 300 different colours in our rope dyeing and slashing lines, work with different blends and apply all kinds of finishing and coating processes in our factory with an annual capacity of 55 million mts with 370 weaving machines. In addition, we are able to offer privileged services to our customers with the help of our in-house R&D centre, the capabilities of an integrated facility and production experience based on many years of experience. We also have technical denim solutions such as motor biker trousers, special worker/operator trousers and all kinds of casual fabrics.
