IT.TECH S.R.L. produces different types of waterproof and breathable fabric in according with the UNI EN 343: 2008 standard. IT.TECH S.R.L. can offer to his customers synthetic fabrics (polyamide-polyester-polyester/cotton-aramid) laminating with PU-PTFE-PL membranes, 2 or 3 layers.
IT.TECH S.R.L. can make waterproof and breathable fabrics with the application of polyurethane coating as well, always in according with the UNI EN 343: 2008 standard.
IT.TECH S.R.L. can also produce tapes for heat-sealing the seams giving to customers all the technical specifications for the application of the material (temperature, pressure, speed).
All the fabrics produced are checked in the laboratory with particular attention for the following technical characteristics:
-) resistance to water penetration - Hydrostatic pressure test after several washing cycles (40 ° C or 60 ° C)
-) resistance to water penetration - Hydrostatic pressure test after contamination of chemical agents
-) breathability in according with the UNI 4818-26: 1992 standard
-) resistance to water steam (Ret) in according with UNI EN 11092: 2014 standard
-) continuous washings for 100 or 200 hours, to check the resistance of lamination
