The HPT Aracore® yarns are designed to provide maximum protection against thermal and mechanical hazards (cut, slash, lacerations).

These composite yarns are manufactured using aramid fibres blended with other inherent flame-retardant fibres (such as meta-aramid, para-aramid, FR viscose, modacrylic, polyamide-imide, FR nylon) and reinforced with high strength filaments.

HPT Flex® yarns are designed using Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene fibres reinforced with metal and other multifiber components in core/sheath structure.

These yarns are available in Hi visilibility colours such as orange, green, yellow and can be made X-ray detectable to avoid cross contamination in food and medical industry.

HPT Anti-StaX® yarns are manufactured using innovative spinning technique where core conductive fibres are blended with polyester, polypropylene, aramid, nylon fibres to achieve required range of surface resistance in the finished product. These yarns can be used for weaving & knitting applications and the finished products are tested as per EN1149-1, EN1149-3, EN1149-5 and EN61340-5-1.

The HPT Savesplash® yarn is designed to provide protection against electric-arc flash fire. These yarns are manufactured using unique blend of inherent flame-retardant and high performance fibres in certain proportion.

The finished products are tested as per ASTM-F1959 and achieved HRC level 2 and 4.

HPT CutPro® Yarns are designed using range of staple high tenacity fibres reinforced with composite filaments in core or sheath to achieve highest level of cut performance in gloves, sleeves and socks as well as fabric form (woven and knitted).
